This returns policy applies to any purchase made in a Lighting Illusions store or our online store.

The Lighting Illusions 30-Day Money Back Guarantee does not exclude or replace your statutory rights given under the Australian Consumer Law and Regulations ACT 2010.

We understand sometimes your purchase is not the right fit and you may change your mind, in this instance, Lighting Illusions may offer you either an exchange or refund provided the following conditions are met:

• You have a valid Lighting Illusions Tax Invoice.
• The product(s) are in original undamaged packaging, including all instruction manuals and accessories.
• The product(s) have not been installed, used, or altered.
• The refund or exchange is sought within 30 days of order placement.
• The product(s) would need to be returned to their place of purchase, and any cost associated with returning the goods would be at the consumers' expense.
• Is not subject to the exclusions listed in this policy.

ONLINE ORDERS
If your purchase was made via our online store you will need to contact the online team first to get a return authorisation. Contact us
Returns will not be accepted at a retail store without prior authorisation.
Please note :- that any refund given does not include any postage/insurance costs. For orders that were shipped for free under our free shipping promotion willl have the cost of the original actuall shipping cost deducted from the refund.

We have tried to make our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee as simple as possible however we do have a few exclusions.

• Brand exclusions - Hinkley, Visual Comfort, Allegri, Kalco, Lark, Hubbardton Forge, Nordlux, Ebb & Flow, Ideal Lux, Roger Pradier, Paola & Joy, and Lighting Republic
• Any Special Orders or custom made products
• For Online Orders, this is any product not listed on the website
• For In-Store Orders, this is any product not on Display
• Ex-display or clearance products.
• Complementary products, such as globes.
• Gift Vouchers.
• A lay-by of more than 30 days

RETURNS TENDER
When a refund is sought for your purchase, the refund is provided using your original payment method or a method of our choosing. Please be advised that any third-party costs, such as credit card surcharges and transit insurance paid are non-refundable.

IN-STORE CREDIT
If your order is outside of the 30-day money-back guarantee but you have changed your mind and would like to return it, Lighting Illusions is still here to help. Provided it meets the above criteria and the product has not been discontinued, we may offer you an in-store credit voucher which may be subject to a restocking fee. The issuing of this voucher would be at the complete discretion of Lighting Illusions.
